In the world where you get what you pay for, Slavin Home Improvements is a cut above the rest. I hired them to replace my roof, and gutters. I could not have been more satisfied with their service and their pride in craftsmanship. The communication was outstanding prior to, during and after the replacement. Moreover, they were prepared to replace plywood, which was needed, and allowed them to maintain momentum once they started the replacement process. Moreover, after obtaining several estimates, no only was their estimate more than competitive, it included something no other roofing company did: ice dam protection for the entire roof, not just the last 6 feet of the roof. Lastly, they kept a clean job site, free of nails and asphalt shingle shards. From initial estimate, proposal, contract, insurance verification , building permit, and the roof replacement itself we could not be more pleased. The entire team had their work completely mapped out, from stripping the roof to full replacement in roughly 10 hours, and then taking great care in clean up. We even included a skylight replacement in the job. The project manager Matt was on sight all day and answered every question I could come up with.
